'Let us return to our planet'
Pencil/Charcoal/PSP5: I don't remember when I sketched this, but it's also from the end of Xenogears. Elly was in a 'bubble' and after Fei killed the final boss, she was 'freed'. There were ripples below her, but I smudged them around with a tool on PSP5, cause I felt like it. Another one of my "From the back; no face" pictures.

'She lives in the DNA of all women...'
Ink/Pencil/Colored Pencil Sticks: The quality of this piece is really crappy, but I was inspired by Xenogears, when Elly, the nice sweet orange haired protagonist literally becomes the heartless antagonist, the blue haired Miang. What's the deal with the split colored hair? Well, in the game, Miang states that she cannot die, because she is the mother of all creation, and all the women on Earth carry her DNA, therefore allowing her to take control of them at any time. Deep stuff. I simply wanted to portray what chaos was held inside of Elly.

'I envy you two..'
Pencil/Charcoal/PSP: This is one of the main characters, Krelian, from Xenogears, I sketched in French, three days after I FINALLY beat Xenogears. I made the mistake of drawing it on lined paper, thus the ugly lines resulted. I also had to 'clothe' him, because he wasn't exactly *cough cough* dressed for the occasion in the ending animation(though short, was beautiful). As Krelian prepared to leave, wings springing from his back, he glanced back to Elly and Fei, speaking one last time, "Actually...I envy you two..."

Chu Chu's Demise
Charcoal: Sketched during Algebra, the quality also sucks on this one, but I just wanted to show something similar to what I pictured in my mind. This scene is really, no lying, IN Xenogears. During a part where Fei and friends were captured and crucified by Krelien and Miang, to lure Elly to them. I actually felt a little choked up as the screen panned over Fei and his friends' Gears hanging on crosses...but then THIS showed up. I couldn't help but laugh. I mean, it's a giant pink cross between a Pikachu and a Furby, hanging on a cross. It just didn't go together.

Bartholomew Fatima
Mechanical Pencil: One of the main characters from Xenogears. Actually drawn last summer, not at night, and not in school

Sigurd Harcourt(Element)
Charcoal/Pencil/Ink: Bartholomew Fatima's half-brother and first mate of the Yggdrasil. All I can say is that this was probably one of the hardest pieces I've EVER done. Took me at least 2 and a half hours just to sketch and shade the first version. Well, since the first version was smudged and had eraser holes in it, I traced it into a slightly better version, though it is very sketchy, but that's how I wanted it to be.

Sigurd(Element)
Pencil/Ink: This I sketched this during some class, don't know which(but I know it was not Art class) then inked it. If you hear any stories about how horrible and annoying it is to draw Solaris uniforms, BELIEVE IT. I think I should really stop drawing him in his Elemental uniform and stick him back in his Yggdrasil suit.
